Reuters is reporting that Jia (county) in Henan (province) has been locked down due to an outbreak of SARS-CoV-2.
This is a big deal. China has been importing cases through major airports, and isolating those new cases. This is not near a major airport, or the coast.
There is also no indication that these are asymptomatic cases that China has been acknowledging over the last few days.
This appears to be the real deal. Again.
Henan is northeast of Hubei. Riots last week were on the border of Hubei with Jiangxi. Going counterclockwise around Hubei, Anhui is next (it was reported yesterday that this province was putting travelers from Hubei in forced quarantine), and then comes Henan.
